Management view (CEO): maiden MRE proves continuity at historic Gochager Lake Ni-Cu-Co; phase-2 “somewhat disappointing” but open in all directions, host gabbro now >800 m of strike, nickel in metasediments reopens old conductors — next, channel-sample and drill the high-grade shoots.
In one line: Fathom Nickel's own voice (the CEO, not an independent analyst). The historic Gochager Lake nickel-copper-cobalt deposit is open in all directions and bigger than the old 250 m footprint. The next step is proving up the high-grade shoots inside it, since chasing scale hasn't produced the intercepts the market rewards.
Maiden MRE = continuity, not economics. Built from 2018/2023/2024 holes (2026 drilling excluded) to show the 1.5–2% Ni intercepts connect (2026-SEP-18).
Phase 2 "somewhat disappointing" on grade, but the system is open. Same sulfide veins and breccias 150 m west, 150 m northeast and at depth; the gabbro host is now >800 m of strike.
Model rethink: nickel in the surrounding metasediments (hole 25) reopens the long 2008 airborne conductors once dismissed as barren. Thompson Nickel Belt analog; strongest borehole EM responses sit beyond the ends of the holes.
Next: channel-sample stripped outcrops to orient north-northeast high-grade shoots, then drill them and the undrilled ~100 m × 300 m gap between hole 29 and the resource (lost-certificate holes 89-1/2/3 are mineralized there). See the insights.
Caveats: an early-stage explorer. The company is funding-dependent (a $3–4M program is the next step) and says it will not be the one to build a mine.
