Adding to LODE at $2.91 . Today's price action is frankly ridiculous and from what I have been able to find, together with other very smart and deeply invested analysts, there is nothing fundamental that warrants this
Are there still risks? Absolutely, if they don't deliver this is going a whole lot lower even with SSOF (on paper) being worth 1.5-3x the current market cap. It's a first of a kind facility, things can (and likely will) go wrong.
Having said all that, I still have strong faith in the value proposition of this company and that has not changed. Therefore, I am adding to what is already a very overweight position for me. Again, I cannot stress this enough, there are still risks and please carefully consider position sizing relative to your risk tolerance and portfolio strategy.
I will be putting my thoughts on paper over the course of today and tomorrow and try my best to get it to you all tomorrow. Again I am sorry about the price action and the portfolio pain this is causing today, I hope this message and tomorrow's update help. Seperate message because this is very speculative and do not invest with money you are not absolutely fine with potentially going to 0, I also layered in some Dec18'26 $5 call option at $0.20 a piece as a bet on the direction of the company being up again in the second half of the year.
