Uranium Discord — research hub

A private commodities-investing Discord community (uranium-focused) — a channel-level archive of substantive member research shared in the #general channel. Stances are attributed to the named member in each note (e.g. William H. Hastings, a retired oil & gas executive whose emails are relayed to the channel with permission). Community-sourced diligence, not a single pundit's thesis.

ASPIASP IsotopesA bundle of isotope businesses reaching first revenue together, now documented from both sides of the table on 20-AUG-2026: Frodsham2866's readout of a private Red Chip call, and CEO Paul Mann's own Emerging Growth Conference presentation (management framing — the company's pitch, not a member's view), which agree on every overlapping figure. Renergen's Virginia helium/LNG plant started up that week with first shipments due September and nameplate by Q4; Si-28 is enriching on 48 of an eventual 96–100 stages after a Swiss supplier's faulty compressor O-rings were root-caused and rebuilt (80 kg/yr at 99.995%, several hundred kg at 99%); Yb-176 reaches ~1 kg/yr once September's continuous vessel is built, into a market Russia alone supplies; PET Labs grew revenue >50% in H1 with revenue set to double in 2026 and AlphaNostics entering the clinic; and QLE is to be spun out by year-end. Group guidance: $300m EBITDA in 2031, a headline sitting below the sum of its own divisional low ends.QT · SA · STK · FA2026-AUG-20 · 2026-AUG-2012
D3ED3 EnergyUltra-low-cost (~A$200k) helium & natural-gas wells on the Virginia Fault corridor, Free State South Africa: a 479,409-acre position, independently verified helium up to 8%, a $600+/mcf product, and Sproule-certified reserves poised to migrate Contingent→Proven/Probable/Possible as the Nooitgedacht wells and the 2D seismic land. William H. Hastings is "strongly positive" — his wellhead-only matrix puts payout near one month.QT · SA · STK2026-AUG-04 · 2026-AUG-03
PET LabsPET Labs Pharmaceuticals — ASP Isotopes' nuclear-medicine unit (South Africa), incl. AlphaNosticsASP Isotopes' South African nuclear-medicine unit (PET tracers and therapeutic isotopes), with >50% revenue growth in H1-2026 and full-year revenue set to double versus 2025 as several years of facility investment converts to sales. Inside it, AlphaNostics takes proprietary cancer candidates into human trials later this year. Management targets $150m of nuclear-medicine revenue by 2030 and models the unit at $40–100m of the 2031 group EBITDA — the division it claims the most visibility over. Not separately listed.2026-AUG-20 · 2026-AUG-20
RenergenRenergen — ASP Isotopes' helium & LNG business (Virginia project, Free State, South Africa)ASP Isotopes' helium & LNG business at Virginia, Free State — 3% helium versus 0.4% in US gas and 0.04% in Qatar, with 1P reserves about the size of the entire US federal helium reserve and a Cape shipping edge worth having when ~1% of a liquid cargo boils off per day. Phase 1 (70 mcf/d He + 2,500 GJ/d LNG) started up in the week of 20-AUG-2026: ~$27m revenue and ~$11m gross profit at $600/mcf, $15–20m of gross profit at the $800–1,000 now being negotiated. Phase 2 is 13× the size at ~$370m revenue / $300m gross profit, funded by $500m DFC + $250m Standard Bank and built turnkey over 44 months for first production in 2030. Contracts run 5–15 years indexed to South African PPI, 100% of LNG and 50–75% of helium committed. Not separately investable — exposure is via ASPI.2026-AUG-20 · 2026-AUG-20

BMYBristol Myers SquibbA single evidentiary mention, offered by ASP Isotopes' CEO as third-party corroboration that the medical-isotope bottleneck is real: Bristol Myers "recently announced delays to their phase three trials because of the isotope supply chain." No view expressed on the company or the stock.QT · SA · STK · FA2026-AUG-203.4
LLYEli Lilly and CompanyNamed in the same sentence as Bristol Myers — phase-3 trial delays attributed to isotope supply, cited by ASP Isotopes' CEO as independent evidence of the ytterbium-176 shortage rather than as any view on Eli Lilly itself.QT · SA · STK · FA2026-AUG-20
Noble AfricaNoble Africa — the Nasdaq helium vehicle (heard as "Endra" in the auto-transcript)The Nasdaq vehicle ASP Isotopes intends to merge the helium asset into — announced in July, described by Mann as becoming "the first helium pure-play company listed on NASDAQ that's actually producing helium," and the designated home for the residual $250m equity raise, with ASPI retaining 89% and "any dilution" falling there. (The auto-transcript of the conference hears the name as "Endra"; the Red Chip readout names it Noble Africa.) A stated structure rather than a completed one: neutral until the listing documents confirm the mechanics.2026-AUG-20 · 2026-AUG-20
NVSNovartis AGNamed only as the demand curve under ytterbium-176, not as a stock view: Novartis' radiopharmaceutical Pluvicto is doing $3–4bn a year with consensus at $6–8bn by 2030, and because its active isotope lutetium-177 has a half-life of days it must be manufactured weekly and cannot be stockpiled — which Mann puts at "probably a one-to-one relationship" between drug demand and Yb-176 demand, against a supply base where Russia is the only commercial enricher.QT · SA · STK · FA2026-AUG-20
QLEQuantum Leap Energy — ASP Isotopes' nuclear-fuels spin-outASP Isotopes' nuclear-fuels venture (HALEU, lithium-6/7, LEU+), to be spun out to ASPI holders on a ratio already decided but undisclosed and explicitly not one-for-one. The S-1 was filed in November and slipped through a four-to-six-week SEC shutdown and stale February financials into an April re-filing; after a share exchange for the convertible loan note Mann targets a spin-out "between now and the end of the year," barred before 13-Sep-2026 (IPO anniversary, US capital-gains reasons) and gated commercially on a Fermi contract that is "very close." Timing and mechanics only — no valuation attached.2026-AUG-20 · 2026-AUG-20

Overall thesis

In one line: the channel's research is converging on South African helium from two directions — D3 Energy (ASX: D3E / OTCQX: DNRGF), drilling ~A$200,000 wells into a $600+/mcf product on a 479,409-acre Virginia Fault position with verified helium up to 8%, and ASP Isotopes (Nasdaq: ASPI), whose Renergen plant a few kilometres away started up in the week of 20-AUG-2026 with a first helium contract already struck at $600/mcf on take-or-pay 5–15 year terms — the same corridor, the same price point, one explorer and one producer now in start-up. Two independent same-day reads on ASPI now sit in the archive: a member's readout of a private Red Chip call, and CEO Paul Mann's own conference presentation, which agree on every overlapping number.
